Meet Piper - our Hound

So we had talked about getting a dog when we moved into our new place and although we're still a couple months away - Piper is here. Well kinda. We can't have dogs in our rental but thanks to Angie we'll have him when we move. He's a fabulous dog. He just makes me smile and laugh cause he's so ladidah (if you know what I mean)! The kids are very excited about him (until poop duty comes of course) and can't wait till he officially moves in. Piper is a 5 year old basset hound who has a wonderful temperament and is well trained. Rylee says the most important thing about Piper is that he's a BOY so now daddy won't be lonely. Bless her.

P.S. Heather please still visit.

  1. Thank goodness Piper's a BOY! (I loved that comment of Rylee's!)
If heather doesn't want to come over, we will. My children love dogs. Especially one's so cute as Piper.
    Where did you get him?

  2. He belonged to Angie's mom. Piper's a bit too much for her to handle, as she put it, he's a big dog on little legs and needs lots of attention and exercise. The girls are in love with him - he really is a sweetheart. Bring your kids over anytime - he loves kids and all the fussing over him.

  3. HAHA! He's cute! we also adopted a 6year old dog. it's better to get an adult dog, less mess, and puppy play, teething and little sharp claws are gone!
