My Little Performer

Anyone who knows Shannon knows she loves to perform. In ballet she would give 1000%, sometimes looking goofy with her over the top moves but still cute nonetheless. She loves being in front of people and knowing they are watching.....not sure where that comes from.

Here she is in the school choir. She loves to sing and is pretty good at it. This was taken at her spring concert on Wednesday night. She did an awesome job! Well done Shannon!

Last Pre-School Snack

Today is Rylee's last time to bring snack for pre-school. I can't believe the year is almost over, soon she will be in kindergarten and gone 4 afternoons a week! They grow so fast.

Anyway, back to the snack. I thought we'd make a bit more of an effort this time. Usually it's just crackers, cheese, veggies, muffins you know what I mean. This time I decided a bit more effort and creativity would be fun. They've been talking about bugs recently hence the idea of the caterpillar. So here it is, my Raymond famous cheeseball not in ball form but rather caterpillar form (minus the hot spices for a more kid friendly version of course). I think it turned out great. Now all I need to do is get it to the school in one piece!

One Fine & Sunny Saturday

Don't you all just love days like today. Beautiful sunshine, family all together and a few great bargains at garage sales!!!! Yep, that's how our Saturday went this week. It's nice to have Grandad here to get to know the girls better. They sure know how to tire us all out though! Phew - when's bedtime?

Another Year Over

Yesterday we had our final day of parent pre-school, which meant a field trip to the firehall! Yay!!! So much fun, climbing, driving, hanging off and out of and opening the garage door....opps, I don't think that was supposed to be part of the day! Ah well, Aylish has had a brilliant time this year at parent preschool, made lots of new friends and has enjoyed one on one time with mommy. It's been great. Can't wait till September when we can start all over again!
